Training Classes

Beginner Class

This class is a fun basic introduction to Warriors thai Boxing where students learn how to kick, punch and use their knees and elbows, in addition to learning how to hold pads and work with partners. Through simple but effective 2-4 strike combinations, during 2-3 minute rounds, new students are introduced to our formula of consistency, pad work, combinations, tempo and most importantly safety.

Beginner classes are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm to 7pm.

Advanced Class

This class is a more intense version of the beginner class, still working within the same formula of consistent pad work, combinations, tempo and safety. Here we introduce the more seasoned student to wider variety of complex combinations, longer rounds in a more intimate class environment. The longer rounds lend themselves to more fitness based class so less emphasis on the basics allows the students to get a bit more creative within the structure of the predetermined combinations.

Advnced classees are offered on Mondays 8.30pm to 10pm, Tuesdays 7pm to 9pm, Thursdays 7pm to 9pm, Friday 7pm to 9pm and Sunday 1.30pm to 3pm

Mixed Level Class

These classes operate on the same formula as the other classes but we allow all levels to come and train. This is a great opportunity for the newer student to see how the more senior students conduct themselves in class and more importantly to get a feel for the proper way to hold pads. Mixed level classes are also a chance for the instructor of the day to bring a more personal touch to the lesson plan of the day.

A Mixed class is offered on Sundays at 1.30pm until 3pm (Non members and fighters looking to get sparring for upcoming fights welcome)
